Class Schedule
In addition to our regular sessions, we also schedule classes and workshops during the month which allow individuals to learn about various health-related subjects and topics.
To schedule your attendance at one of our classes or workshops, please complete the following registration form. If you have any questions concerning a class or workshop, please complete the comment section of the form.
Workshop, Class, or Session Registration
To attend one of the workshops, classes, or sessions, we ask that you complete the following Registration form using the information from the calendar. We require your email address and phone number to notify you in case a class or workshop has been cancelled or rescheduled.
